Try counting carbs. It's easy to do. I did this and lost a lot of weight plus it helped my blood sugar, too. If you want more info, just email me and I'll help you.
Walking is about the best exercise you can do! Start out slowly and, as you get your strength back and your heart gets stronger, you could increase your speed. It an excellent exercise and the best news is its free! Check out all the beauty around you while walking. It will bring you joy as a bonus.
