I just wanted to share with you how much my stretches help my fibro pain. I've been doing the same twenty minute routine of stretches morning and evening for several years. I went to bed Sunday night with a lot of shoulder pain and it gradually became worse. Today I'm doing better....
I realized when I went to bed Sunday evening that I had forgotten to do my shoulder stretches. I should have rose from the bed and did them.
Does anyone else find they have to do stretches religiously to help with your fibro pain?
