I developed pain in my upper right (there's that right side again!) leg, in various places. I've also had very achy legs the past few weeks, but have added a blanket over them at night, and that seems to help somewhat.
Just started icing my upper leg 2 days ago, and I have to say--so far, so good. The pain still shows up when I walk around, but it is better. I'm going to keep icing! I just put some ice cubes in a plastic bag, use a rubber band to close it, and put it wherever it hurts, when I'm sitting down doing work or reading, moving it around to the sore spots. (BTW, not easy to do with long pants on--I wear a summer shift when I do this).
