So I have had not only Fibromyalgia for over 5yrs but also bursitis in nearly all my joints as well. The pain has been so unbearable at times that I just wanted to scream along with crying. But just out of nowhere, on the 11th of this month every bit of pain I had just suddenly up and vanished and I have been pain free ever since. Is this even normal? confused

I don't know, but I would enjoy every minute of it while it lasts. I hope that it continues for the rest of your life. I am very happy for you.

I am never complete free of pain, but controllable now. I know it must feel wonderful. You are probably asking yourself is this what a normal healthy person feels.

I am so confused right now. Really what I keep asking myself is, "Am I dreaming?" The only thing out of the ordinary that I started doing about a week ago, due to a visit to the ER for Gallstones, is change my normal diet so as to consist of only 10-16mg of saturated fat a day. I have dropped 5lbs already along with the pain stopping. Though I am not certain that this diet is what stopped all my pain.

Yes, that's great news! I'd be walking around on eggshells, but that's silly....that's just me. And please, if you do figure it out, let us in on it!
