I had a really rough night at work last night. I ended up doing a project that I had never done and also didn't realize how bad for my back it was going to be. I had to lift totes that weigh up to 50 lbs and coutinueously bend. After a couple of hours I couldn't bend forward at all. I have had back problems for over 3 years and it's so easy to forget what you can and can't do. I hurt so bad I was in tears. Finally asking if I could be switched and do something else. I didn't get an answer so I went to the head supervisor and was amazed that he really did care about
the pain that I was in. HE asked what he could do and I about
fell over. It was so nice to see someone that cared and made it so that I could do something that didn't require lifting or bending. So just wanted to add some positivity, and say God bless to those employers out there that care.
