After pain, racing heart, anxiousness, and fatigue yesterday, today was totally opposite. I still had the pain in my hands, wrists & arms - that pretty much never stops - but I had incredible energy today. No fog what so ever, able to concentrate, get work done, remember things... I was a machine today! Co-workers even said made comments like "I want some of whatever you had!"
After two months of being a zombie, it was nice to actually feel competent and productive - too bad my boss wasn't there!
I have no idea if it's from the gabapentin, the fact I am cutting gluten out & watching my carbs, or because i am making a point to eat breakfast every morning.... Or a combination of some or all those things - or just a fluke. Whatever it is, I'll take it. I just hope it doesn't come back and bite me in the butt tomorrow.

I really hope so, but I'm not going to let my hopes get up too much at the moment. Too many times I think things are getting better then end up on my butt soon after.
I'm just going to enjoy what the day brought me and will just wait & see what tomorrow brings.
