naltrexone

It is sometimes taken once a week/ it is tough on the liver and therefore requires close monitoring due to it's toxicity.

I tried low dose naltrexone, but it didn't work for me...
that said, apparently my biochemical makeup confounds
most of current medicine (including all the opiates and some anesthesia).

Some people have a positive response from low dose naltrexone, and from what I recall of the research I did before I took it, it isn't terribly hard on your liver, but you're not taking the dose that they original used this drug for (opiate abuse).

I take a liver cleanser anyway :)
