I love my massagers. I several different kinds for different pains.
Shatui chair massager- when my back is killing me from tight muscles.
Heat/variable vibration chair massager- gentle vibration and heat in specific places (upper/lower back/butt)
Hand held percussion massager- any place I want ;)

Well, they wouldn't be for me. The massage chair hurt my muscles right away, the one time I sat in it, and the same goes for an electric toothbrush! Egads...I am a true hothouse flower :(

I don't use the hand held vibrator but I do have a chair pad that vibrates and has heat and you can adjust both. This does help when I'm in a flare and you can move it from room to room. It goes from your neck all the way down to a little below the knee. I do like this a lot.

Sherrine, I have one of those and it actually makes me feel nauseous when I use it. I need to pull it back out and try it again.

Set the vibrator on low and only do it for a few minutes and see what happens. If you are fine, try it a little hight a few hours later. Mine is set for 15 minutes. But start out slowly. We tend to set things high to get quick results and it actually makes some things worse.
