Evenkeel..... even though I have knocked my Fibro symptoms WAAY down without hCG, I've read enough about
it, that if I still had the problems I used to, I'd be doing whatever I had to try it.
You said ones diet had to be very, very low in cals.... Eh... "lower, and healthier", yes probably, but IMPO "very, very low" in cals, is just not even healthy, which would really just defeat the purpose.
Finally, I was able to find multiple quotes from Dr's which did, in fact, show possible machanisms for how hCG might work.
From a personal standpoint, I find it quite interesting that how a persons body reacts to hCG, seems to be very much the same as how my body reacted to a very healthy diet, lots of exercise, and consequently, big fat loss / muscle gain........
Anyway, I still think that a person should try becoming a health and fitness freak "first". But if they are not physically {or mentally} able to do all of this, then yes, I'd try hCG (under a Dr's supervision of course) absolutely.
