I am not surprised if I am out of sync with the rest of the world. My doctors have been trying to get me back on a good schedule for a while. Several years ago, when I was going to bed when I should, I had to have a minimum of 10 hours of sleep to feel normal. The last two days, I think I have had 15 to 16 hours of sleep each day, and I am still tired. I don't know. Maybe my body is trying to catch up on the lack of sleep I have had for the past year or so (or more if you count when I made myself stay awake studying for the two years prior to that).
I think the fatigue (in general) is due to whatever autoimmune thing is going on, but the past two days have been beyond what typically happens. I don't think anything is wrong, per-se, but it is just out of the norm, even for me. After I put this up, I did fall asleep again until about 8. Hopefullly I will be able to sleep tonight. :)
