So, as soon as I worked out the kinks with my desktop this am (ain't technology grand!), I dropped her an email asking her to stop by when she got her paperwork so that we could come to an understanding. She emailed back promptly and agreed.

I am bringing my crohn's books with me to work until I talk to her. Still trying to get a handle on it myself, so I am reading them most nights.

This is good news! I know I would have my good periods and bad periods with Crohn's and I never knew when the bad flares would hit. I'm sure you will be able to tell if she has been taking advantage of the illness when you talk to her. You couldn't be more fair than this and she should realize this, too. Let us know how it goes.

By the way, if you have questions about Crohn's just email me and I'll try to help you out. We have a good Crohn's forum here on HealingWell, too.

Thanks Sherrine! I think I am getting a handle on it, but I could be wrong. It's nice to know there is a source out there.

Asacol up to 3200 mg. Keeping a food diary. Abdomen getting a little better, though output is still a mess. It's hard to tell normal, sometimes.

I shall yaw'l updated what happens.
