Please read and give honest opinion my notes are in bold. when i got my denial this info was not included with it that i remember. I think the lawyer stapled it to it as there are more staple marks.
they used 13 different dr reports. 2 of their visits.
they said i alleged disability due to heart attack, seizures, back fractures, fibro, osteoarthritis, diabetes, stroke and memory. I listed other things such as mobility issues.
they found medical evidence of fractures, affective and anxiety disorders ok
but though i do have back and left arm pain the evidence shows able to stand, move about and use arms, hands and legs in a satifactory manner. Insurance said ok to 5000 electric wheelchair after evaluation as a medical concern. I limp due to ankle and fall and list to the side most of the time
diabetes has not seriously damaged my heart, kidneys or vital organs. YEAH
records do not reveal complications due to fibro, osteoarthritis or osteoporosis under gov guidelines
Anyone want to comment on this one?
although i have a seizure disorder it is under control with meds and proper treatment OK, but still not sure exactly why they occured
condition has improved after stroke and recovery period Still have trouble with memory, yesterday i forgot where the plates were located. forgot how to set microwave 2ce and had to call dh at work
following recovery period, heart attack did not affect ability to perform many normal activities ?
We realize you can not longer perform the job of customer service rep as you described it however, we concluded that you have the ability to perform the job as most other workers describe it. I worked in a medical call center dealing with medical bills, insurance companies and sometimes very angry er patients we worked with 5 different medical billing centers for hospitals all across the country. would have to listen to cussing, arguing and ramblings to get to the actual problem i can no longer do that.
Would like your opinions on this denial. Any suggestions when asking drs to fill out questionaire for me?
