Hi Everyone,
I received a Real Age email this afternoon that deals with the fibromyalgia diet. For those of you who are interested, I feel there is really something to this. My body seems to be burning less and in less pain if I really watch what I eat. But still I have to be careful in other areas like overdoing.
Some of you mention going off of a few foods that are not good for fibromyalgia. I hope that works for you. To me, going off of most if not all of them then reintroducing one at a time later makes much more sense.
Then there's some of you that have tried and it didn't work for you. That's great. It's good to try.
