I've been on the Virgin Diet. Supposedly these are seven inflammatory foods: corn, sugar (including artificial sugars), peanuts, eggs, gluten, soy, and dairy products. The creator of this diet suggests a person go off of these for 3 weeks then try one and see how you feel.
I know if I eat or drink something with sugar in it, this is the worse thing I do to my fibro.
