I'm trying to lose some weight and do a little more moving. The weight is slowly moving 12 pounds in 2 weeks, but the movement is a little tougher.
I decided to take it slowly because I don't want to overdo it and get into a flare. I pulled out the old Wii and decided to play some simple games that I used to be good at long ago...bowling and golf. I kept it very simple and only did two rounds of beginner golf and two games of bowling.
Two days later my elbow is still griping.
I don't know if I should try to do it again so soon with my elbow still hurting?
