I just finished writing a post to a member about supplements and brain fog. I do have some brain fog but generally do really well in that department. I think it's because of two supplements that I take that help with brain fog....CoQ10 and folic acid. I was given the folic acid years ago because I have digestive problems and don't absorb things as well plus I'm always a little anemic due to Crohn's disease. This supplement helps in both these areas, too.
