I get pins and needles on my legs when I cross them, I do think it could be due to not enough blood flowing to the legs when they are crossed. There are occasions when it happens to arms and elbow, but usually its due to putting too much weight on them.
As for itchy thigh after exercise, I think they are usually due to the skin having problem to perspire, I do get the itchy feeling when I'm too hot, doesn't have to be from exercise, it'll happen even when the weather is too hot.
