So I have been having a very bad day as far as pain goes. I went to a health store we have here in town to try to find something for the pain that was on a natural level. The lady in the store brought to my attention magnesium oil. It is sprayed onto your body where you hurt and is saposed to give relief. I don't know if any of you have heard of this oil. but she gave me the bottle for free and I tryed it immediately and I can't tell you how amazing it is! I felt relief right away, it blew me away.
