I used to have diarrhea whenever I eat certain food some would have called it IBS, but I don't think it was that serious. Lately things has been pretty good, I haven't experienced any diarrhea for at least 6 months now and partly because my son and I have cut out most of the carbs out from our daily meals. We only have pasta may be once a month if he's lucky (he loves noodles). His other favourite is sushi, and even that has been limited to may be once a fortnight or even longer.
Just came across this article on our local news website, thought I'd like to share with everyone

I always though it was fatty food that causes the diarrhea, but our diet has always been pretty low in fat contains. Having read that article, it seems that by cutting out most carbs out of our diet, I might have unknowingly fix my IBS problem. What a coincident!
cheers.
