My feet are highly sensitive, probably due to the fibro, very high arches, and a separate neuro condition. I have to be very careful about
selecting the right shoes and need arch supports which help somewhat (the soft ones; can no longer tolerate the hard type I had made for me).
Do you get cramping in your feet? I can easily get both toe and foot cramps, especially in cooler weather. I have 'upped' my calcium and magnesium, and at times it helps. Other times, for no apparent reason, my feet can go wacky on me.
I try to wear tennis shoes with thick but lightweight soles and very supportive arch support inside. I do tend to go through about
three pairs of shoes a day on an active day--that helps a little.
A while back, there were some other threads here on feet/shoes which you might find helpful if you do a search.
Best of luck! I know how miserable feet problems can be--ouch!!!
