That's a tough one, Wackers. I've personally never looked too closely at the possibility of CFS, because pain is what preys on me the most.
I wish I had a better answer for you - all I can say is, although I do feel lethargic most of the time, I always feels that if I could just move the way I want (do all the things I want physically), I could blast a lot of that fatigue away....kind of like how you feel when you first get up, before you get moving.
If by fatigue you mean sleepiness, then no, I don't struggle with that too much most of the time. Sometimes my eyes will start feeling heavy in the afternoon, but if I lie down for a few minutes and close them, I'm good to go until I force myself to turn in around 1 a.m.
