Heres a funny, she said, and I quote, " I have NEVER said this to a patient, buut I want you to cut down on your exercise"!!!!!????
Now that's a new one! Told me I was over doing it therefore the constant flares. so today is rest day, although not sure how much rest I can get taking care of a 6 month old and a two yr old all day 
But they are my life and I will sacrifice anything for my grandbabies
I also asked if she would write me a prescription for a hot tub and she laughed, told her that and a good massage was all that really ever helps and can't afford either
