Today was a little ambitious

Oh gee, that's too bad....you probably didn't think of it because of fog. At least, that's usually what makes me do unwise things. You know what they say about hindsight....I keep thinking, too, "when do we learn?" Maybe never!

I'll bet it's fun to take the underground once in awhile! - and who can blame you for wanting to do something out of the ordinary? Try not to kick yourself. Did you (and your family) enjoy it at the time? That's worth something. It's just too bad you have to have the aftermath.

Well, maybe it won't last too long. I've found that sometimes I can get away with a lot more than other times, and there's no rhyme or reason....unless it's something REALLY stupid, that is.

I think that we do this because we are frustrated by limitations and tell ourselves that we can do things that everyone else can do. Yes we pay for it due to our stubborn nature of wanting to be like all those active pain free people. I think we are all guilty of pushing too far. Now it's time for some rest and pampering. I do hope that you had a good time at least :)

Rent a few good movies that are kid friendly and enjoy them with the kids.
Do so arts and craft things with them.
