For those of you who have neck problems, is there a certain pillow you use? I have used neck pillows in the past but they are always so stiff and uncomfortable, even while helping your neck. Thanks for any input!

i use a memory foam pillow and this moulds to my neck really nicely...Im not sure if its the correct pillow, but I sure do find it comfortable

I am in UK so got it from one of our bed shops here...but I bet Amazon would do them

I don't know what I'd do without my buckwheat-hull pillow. Bought one from my old chiropractor about 10 years ago, and it's still going strong. The only downside is that it's heavy for me to take on trips - which I do.

Memory foam here. How you sleep is important when considering a pillow-on side, back, or tummy.

Myself, I sleep mostly on my side but do wake up on my back so not sure how long I sleep on my side.

Acheybody, I'll check out buckwheat hull pillows online.

I had a fiberfill pillow which was great for awhile but is now going flat. I had a memory foam but it was too small and hard. I hope I can find a good one soon.

couchtater: that's what I am afraid of with the memory foam. I have osteoarthritis in my neck along with two herniated disks and a hard pillow hurts me.

I looked at a dozen pillows yesterday and everyone of them seemed too soft or too hard. I even looked at one that boasted it was memory foam and fiberfill combined.

What I wound up getting was a cool gel mattress topper. Heaven! It even made my pillow feel better. For the first time in a long time I woke up with all my covers on and not drenched in sweat. Love it!

on either QVC or HSN shopping channels they have a pillow that supposed to be the best ever. cant remember the name of it but check it out.

I have arthritis in my neck also but I still use Memory Foam because I can punch it into the shape I want & it stays like that all night, I am a side sleeper

I also can't have firm pressure on my neck it cause's scalp to go numb so my head to the right back of head firm.  I have small round fiber filled that I can still roll for neck soft.  A new pillow would be nice treat and good sleep.

I have a neck injury from whiplash and I am very sensitive to which pillow I can use. In fact, I make sure to ship my extra pillow to any hotels where we stay.

Years ago I got a couple free pillows with the purchase of my Comforpedic mattress. They don't go flat, they're very supportive, and they have a little cush.

If you're interested, look up Comforpedic pillows. I use the Simmons Beautyrest Free Spirit AirCool Pillow.
