Hi all,
I have been away a bit this last week. My contract job ended (mixed feelings) so I had a week 'staycation' and spent the time mostly sleeping/relaxing. I apparently really needed it -- talking 16 hours a day of sleep. It was amazing! I love the freedom to be able to sleep when I need to. I start a new contract gig on Monday. My fingers are crossed that the management is flexible and sympathetic...
Anywho, despite Sherrine urging me to go to the gastro to check out my nausea, I haven't. It subsided considerably for the last month but then came back with a vengeance this last week. I actually thought I may be pregnant or something! (I'm not) It seems to come every four hours and doesn't coincide with any foods or meds. I just can't figure this darn thing out! A gastro would just make me do an elimination diet before trying any testing so I just took care of that myself -- still, no reasonable cause for the nausea.
Sherrine thinks that nausea doesn't have a place in typical fibro presentation -- does anybody else have longstanding nausea? It's not a consitipation symptom -- I have done a really good job correcting my digestion (thanks to coconut oil and expensive probiotics). So I just don't know. No blood in the feces, and I am not having back pain with it so no gallbladder connection that I can think of. I'm stumped.
