Hello everyone! I hope everyone is doing okay. I myself am struggling with having pain and muscle squeezing in the same spot for over 2 months. My upper arm muscles have been squeezing, esp. the right one, for over 2 months now. No matter what I do, it just comes back. Have impingement in shoulder and will be starting PT(keep your fingers crossed)! Doctors say it's my fibro. But, my question is, does anyone else have muscle squeezing in the upper arms? And, is it normal with fibromyalgia to stay in the same place that long?
I have seen a lot about
how the pain is fleeting and can move around and be different places everyday, so I am scared with this being so long. Thanks for taking the time to read. Looking forward to any replies!

I had it grab a hold of my elbow for almost two years and shoulder for four months now.

The squeezing feeling could be muscle spasms... Have you talked to your doc about
it? You may need a muscle relaxer.
I hope that you feel better soon...

I had a frozen shoulder and took care of it by using trigger point therapy. You find the trigger points that are causing pain in the area and then you massage them. They do go away and take the pain with them. My shoulder is normal again.
I used The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook and I bought it on Amazon.
