I sometimes can forget in the midst of pain and fatigue how wonderful friends can be. It's my 25th Anniversary today! My husband and I already decided not to leave state and just go out to eat. So as we get to our table there were a basket of flowers with a gift card to pay or the dinner. Then on top of it, it had tickets to go to Hawaii. My husband boss made sure we were taken care. So many wishes also. The best present was my husband gift to me. He put a beautiful photo album together of all the years and some beautiful words to go with it.

He has been through so much with me with my health issues. He sure took his vows seriously. I really have learned over the years to really appreciate him. When he is the main provider you tend to appreciate him more.

Happy anniversary to you and your hubby! Your thread gave me such a lift. It's so great to hear of such beautiful, lasting marriages. And your husband taking his vows seriously says volumes.

And wow--tickets to go to Hawaii! Are you planning on waiting until next winter to go? That will be a very memorable trip.

Angel, Happy Anniversary! I see you are celebrating it in style! It sounds like you won the lottery when it comes to husbands, too. I had one just like yours. He took me to San Francisco for our 25th anniversary and he also bought me a car....the car was in my name only and the bill was in his name only. LOL

Soooo....when are you going to go to Hawaii? You will love it there. I know how much you enjoy warm weather and Hawaii is absolutely beautiful.

Thank you for letting us know of your MANY blessings. Of course, love is the greatest blessing of all.

If it was my choice I leave for Hawaii today. Lol Unfortunatly this is my husband bussiest time at work. Several business are getting ready for the tourist so he works many hrs. He puts computers in restraunts and motels and also upgrades them. They use to be called cash registers. Lol . It's so much more to it now with all the I pads and no more writing on tickets for the cook to read. Lol Hawaii is only 4 1/2 hr. flight. Alaskans are always going, especially during the winter here.
