finding a doctor? (Chicago referrals?)

The rheumatologist who diagnosed me doesn't treat fibro and said I should just see my pcp. My pcp looked at me as though I has grown a second head when I suggested 6 months ago that my various ailments might be related. So I'd really like to see someone who specifically works with fibro.

Does anyone have advice for how to find a good doctor? Better yet, does anyone have a recommendation for a good doctor in the Chicago area?
