I know some people take magnesium cytrate to help with fybro but what dose should I take, I bought some capsules 250g is that enough.

I also take 250 mg a day and I feel it helps me.I just had bloodwork done to check my levels, but don't have the results back.

When I was diagnosed, the rheumatologist suggested taking magnesium but I can't locate the dose. Will see what I can find.
