I am supposed to get a Cpap machine for my sleep apnea, but I was wondering if the Cpap will effect Fibro in some way?

I have had a cpap for several years, long before I developed fibro.
I did noticed after I started using it I did get more energy because I was sleeping better.
I love my cpap!

I have my CPAP for about
3 months. I love it. When I wake up I feel very rested. I didn't notice a worse change with my fibro. I still have pains like fibro causes. I can tell my breathing is not obstructed.

CPAP therapy has been nothing but positive for me.I still have days of brain fog, but nothing like before.Your organs are going to be much less stressed.
