Gotta say i love july days where it stays in the mid seventies...but the system that is bringing in this glorious weather, has me very stiff and sore..

I did feel better after my stretching and strengthening today, but stiffened back up this evening....seems like the east coast has been in a system since winter?

Maybe cali could send us a week of drought!!!

I've very ouchy lately. My body is so tender I can't stand being touched. It's going to be interesting this week as that system moves through.

I enjoy the cooler weather. But I am in Michigan. I don't like it too hot, or too cold. Which we get both. Winter is coming soon and I am enjoying this weather to the fullest. It is cool enough to do things outside. Where are you Ljm2014? Some where that 70 feels cold?

According to an article I read awhile ago, the extreme weather world wide is because of the earthquake tsunami that hit Japan in 2011 knocking the earth off kilter of the axis by a few centimeters. Makes sense to me. .... but I don't like it. Winter was extreme, last 2 summers cool like fall , overcast or raining. Clear blue sky days non existent. I will be relocating to a tropical pain free planet as soon as I find one. You're all more than welcome to come. turn

Gorgeous here in the mid-Atlantic. Low 70s and slighty cloudy. We have had the windows open for three days now.

Heat bothers me more than cold, IMO.

Michael, I will gladly join you. Let me know when you find it... The winters here are hard, I don't know how many more I can handle. If it is mild, I love it... But we had an extremely cold and snowy winter last year. And long...

Storms, storms, storms......

I found out why I'm tender....it's raining so hard we are having flash floods. My house is so well sound proofed that I didn't know it was raining until I started to get the mail. My yard looks like a river.

I'm leaving tomorrow morning for my three states in three days trip. My niece is getting married on the beach of the gulf coast Saturday evening. I'm going to be so sore come Monday......sigh.....

I hope you don't react too badly, Joy. In Colorado we've also been having flash flooding the past couple of days. I'm sore and VERY sleepy. It's finally starting to dry out.

(Yes, we're spoiled here. )

Give me 80s and even low 90s.

I'm in the Southeast, and it's been beautiful here the past couple of days. It's been in the 80's, but the humidity has been low, so mornings and evenings are really pleasant. Pretty unusual for July here.

In mid atlantic...a lot of sumers we would be in the high 80's to over 90.. So 75 is amazing .. Yet my body reacts the the front that is keeping us so comfy...its a canadian air flow, thats been bringing lots of rain

I'm also in Michigan. We've been stuck with chance of rain days for at least two weeks! And it has rained off and on every day!! I'm so tired of it. My whole family is visiting my Mom at a camp ground and I'm stuck at home- in pain. Bummerville Michigan! ;)

It has been tough weather patterns for us this year. I am hoping for a dry week sometime soon..i do much better when its dry!!!
