Bluish toes

I have that problem. I will be at the Dr's office and my feet are hanging down from the exam table. They are always have a bluish color on the bottom and my toes too. My Dr's dont seem to be to concerned. I do have raynauds so I just blame it on that. I also have clotting factor disorder. I always worry because my dad had very bad circulation in his legs. My Dr's recommend Ted hose for me. Years ago I went to a Dr. that checked the blood flow in them. The test was normal. So I try not to worry anymore if nobody else seems to think its abnormal.

I would definitely check with your dr. I have all the same things - bluish to purple feet at times, always cold, hurt a lot. My dr had sonograms of my legs and maybe some other tests, I can't remember, but she just said they were OK.
I hope you have good results - that nothing is serious.

Ljm2014: Thanks for the info. Regarding the oregano oil, do you use the basic essential oil, or does it come in a different form? Or maybe you use the essential oil and add another type of oil as a carrier oil?

I usually buy from Wal-Mart or Puritan's Pride for things like that, and I see that Puritan's has it in the essential oil form. Just wondering if it also comes in another topical form. Thanks for any further info!

I have reynauds. It makes my toes blue though. Horrible feeling. The pain is not nice. Hope you are feeling better soon.
