weather and fibro

Yesterday it was 80 here, today it is 45. I am achy all over! There has to be a connection to weather changes. Does anyone else react to the weather changes?

I'm feeling achey all over also in addition to the sinus problems. 

Weather in NE Ohio changes dramatically here sometimes the same 40-50 degree difference.  Knowing that winter is around the corner doesn't help either.

UUGGHH!!

Just try to keep moving and hopefully we'll get thru the storm together.

Yes i bought it on amazon . I bought the one called nayoya.. It got good quality reviews...

I really like acupuncture but do not always have the time to go for it...so acupressure i use for back up...i have an acupen, and now the mat...you put it on the bed and lay on it...its got these little sharp spikes ..lol you adjust to it..its relaxing and reduces pain. In the reviews people say they fall asleep on it..i do not ...but i like it..

I keep a lot of nifty tools on hand for when my pain is up...its empowering to know i have a "tool kit" . There are several things that can take my pain from a seven to a 3 or 4 in short times. That is invaluable to me.

those kind of weather changes kill me. I usually feel the front in front of the change, if that makes sense. So, as the front is moving in but before the weather change actually hits here that's when I feel it. Then by the time the change is actually here I'm ok.

it hasnt been what could be called a true season in most of the us

however you want to word or say what im saying is

most seasons have time range and temperature range

2 winters ago or more is the last true by my standards season

my point

just the seasons hurt me my body feels the imbalance in unbelievable pain

then add cold hot barometer omg i cant describe the hell

i want the seasons back end at least part of my weather pain

my doc upgraded me to pretty close to highest pain killer out called opana fyntynal is close im on that to

but this hell its hard to switch

wow a 8 this week maybe they helped

then the pit then well you get it

i realized today why me and my doc argue and he fights meds

i finally realized one i have 15 conditions 3 of which are pain

then now the new meds made me see his view so bloody hard to tell

so bloody hard to treat hes wore out and out of options im letting him refer me to a brand new pain person coming in a month or so

i failed 3 pain clinics but hes good to me so i always at least try for him

i was taken off lyrica but is it weather or my body was having bad reaction what im talking about i feel better without it

thats the one that pounded home my docs situation if i cant explain understand or get answers how can he or expect him to

opana seems to be better than the oxy but so hard to tell allot of stress in my life with crap going on weather omg im pulling my own hair out let alone what he goes through

its my life i cant remember a time or age in my life not in some form of pain or fatigue

my 20s is a set age i remember because thats when it all set hard and took me down

i go till i pass out not good wife dont like but im stubborn i dont know how to quit or give up

had a 100 plus jobs so much mental abuse i now cant and dont know how to stop or quit till my body does

i wish i knew how to cry or express or lay in my wifes arms i dont no matter how i try to change and shut the voices up

the most i can do is cuss

i want to quit so often or take the day off i just cant dont know how and i refuse to let it hold me or cripple me

i just want a end so bad i cant end it but i pray my day will come fast

i feel cheated teased at times 5 or so times i should have died but didnt medication problems and my response job not me trying

every day of this bs screwed up weather

im just thank full and enjoy the good days when im given them i enjoy being able to walk and try to enjoy being alive
