Cilly, calm down and think for a minute, please.
I would just ask that you be aware that if you ask for help, you have to accept what is offered. Sometimes it will not be what you expect it to be. Support comes in many forms, and is not always sympathetic, and warm hugs/fuzzies. It does no good to be upset just because others are proactive, rather than emotional cheerleaders.
open health boards are going to offer a variety of options. Be thankful for them all. If you keep posting about
the same issue, your replies are going to lessen.
Have you seen a doctor regarding the pain? What are you doing to be proactive about
the pain? How are you addressing it?
Again, I would suggest that if stiffness and pain is a problem, take a walk and stretch out those muscles.
