I am using Baclofen. I take less than you. I take 5 mg at lunch time and 10 mg at bedtime. I am also taking Nortriptyline 40 mg at dinner and 50 mg at bedtime. Use Magnesium Calm at bedtime too. Getting better sleep most nights. The medications are no match when you have a virus. Nothing seems to work then. I have taken an extra 5 mg in the afternoon if I've done a chore in the morning and then have to do something more with my Husband. It has helped get through the task.
I am very tired in the morning. Sometimes I get up with my Husband and say goodbye when he goes to work. Sometimes he leaves me as I am in a deep sleep.
Do ask your Doctor if more would help better. Do you take Magnesium supplements? Read that it is good if you take the bulk of your magnesium an hour before bed.
