I am so glad you have a doctor that is thorough. That is great!!! This condition is so tricky and sneaky. You never know what you will have to deal with from one day to the next. That is its game though, more symptoms cause more anxiety which in turn causes more symptoms. It can become a vicious circle. You will eventually find a way to step out of the circle and handle this condition like a pro.
Not saying this is an easy condition to deal with by any stretch of the imagination, HOWEVER it could be much worse. You will feel relieved to know that it is just fibro symptoms when your other tests come back normal. It is very scary not knowing, Try and distract your mind as much as you possibly can, keep moving as much as possible and try your hardest to be as positive as you can.
You can feel better than you do right now. It is just going to take some time and trial and error of a right combination of tools in your toolbox, which can include medications, meditation, gentle exercise and stretching, supplements , massage etc etc. Just keep trying til you find what works best for you. We are all so different yet the same when it comes to this condition.
Do keep posting.
Take care,,
Michael
Yes, I am grateful that my doctor doesn't think I'm crazy and is helping me every step of the way. This forum helps a ton. So many positive people :) I do have a fear of being in the dark not knowing what's causing my body to rebel against me. ..lol, if that makes sense. I'm trying to become a positive person but I have to control my anxiety and depression. Cymbalta had helped a lot with my mood. ..just waiting for it to help with my pain and anxiety
