I just found this. It said a bed buddy can be kept warm in a slow cooker kept on 'low.'
I haven't tried it yet, but would guess it would work pretty well.
The lady who had this idea on her website said it also worked great while she was in labor--the bed buddy was nearby and always warm.
Who knew??
