Fibro or something else

I have had fibro for 17 yrs., I have developed pain in my fingers and toes, numbness tingling with sharp pains shooting up my arms and legs. My hands are very red, the rest of my skin looks mottled.The pain can go from moderate to severe. When I do sleep (which isn't much) I wake up and my hands are asleep, I can't grasp anything, I have to shake my hands until they wake up. I also have pain in the chest and lose my breath easily. My teeth and jaw hurts. Is this fibro or something else?
