Hi just wanted to know if anyone ever get neck pain I get neck pain on the side of my neck. Sometimes I start to think that my lymph nodes are infected. But they are not there is no infection but it kind of burns. Burning pain

The burning pain is something various folks here have complained of. I seem to feel like I have swollen glands a lot. Last year when I first began to push to get help because of Fibro, I had it happening a lot.

Are you in a cold area? Most of us are pretty sensitive to cold and it seems to be really affecting everyone this year - sometimes in some odd ways.

Have you tried a heating pad at all? That seems to help me with most of it whether I think it will at the time or not.

Hi jenni im in California by the beach so it's always cold in my home this is going on 6 months since I've been diagnosed so it seems like I'm at my worst fybro seems to want me to have a lil bit of everything lol. Every time I see my dr it's always something different. It attacks different part of my body. First it's my legs then another day it's my back then it's the tissue in my chest. And so on smh. I swear I feel like I want to get a full body scan lol

Hi , have the neck pain and on down today..our wind storms have me in a flare for sure.

I use some topical pain relievers on my neck when it gets bad. I do take a low dose pain reliever..it helps but in a flare certainly does nor erase the pain. So using topical pain relievers, heat, acupressure really help these areas of pain.

I had this the other day. I couldn't turn my head. I used my Trigger Point Therapy Workbook to see where the trigger points were for this, massaged them several times that evening and went to bed. The next morning I had no neck pain.

There are trigger points along the side of your neck and also your shoulder. Press on them and massage and repeat. This should help you.

My nassage therapist eases those every 2 weeks. They dont like to stay that way. I have to figure out those points, Sherrine. I cant seem to follow the book.
