This might be a weird question...

Is it possible for my medicine to be helping my legs but not my feet or upper body?

My Lyrica does seem to be helping all over a little, but my legs feel a lot better. No pain at all.

I know you're not doctors, just wanted to get some thoughts on this.






RX: Lyrica 100mg/day, Tramadol 50mg as needed. (The Tramadol makes my entire body feel better).

There are no silly questions. I would say in my opinion, That yes it is possible for a medication to target one area on an individual better than other areas. Perhaps the Lyrica is helping your legs. If you think about it, there are meds out there made specifically to target one thing, such as Pepcid Ac it only helps your stomach. So.... I would be willing to say yes. Don't ponder it to hard, just be grateful and rejoice that something helps. My fibro leg pain is the backs of the legs from the butt down. OUCH!!!! some days it can be extreme. The tramadol really helps take the edge off that pain for me. Does it help with headaches? NO ......just body pain. Wow, ok lol I think that answers your question again. On those days when the whole body is flared up and the fibro Dragon is creating a RUCKUS ....NOTHING helps.

I think that must be the same situation for me. Everything I take, I actually feel a nice warm tingling feeling in my legs but not the rest of my body. It's not that it doesn't feel better in my upper body, it's just that my legs respond a lot better to it.
