I dont have the pressure point workbook. A lot of my tender points are on my back. Sometimes I will get my daughter to press on them as hard as she can and it will give me some relief. I also take pain meds and a muscle relaxer. I hate neither Cymbalta or Lyrica worked for you.

Purple, fibromyalgia is not an inflammatory illness. We have members with no inflammation but do have fibro.

I agree Sherrine and Joy, but I was only responding to a previous post from someone else who did have inflammation but I do not have inflammation . I don't mean to cause confusion.

I tend to be detailed oriented and i pick things apart. I have found that there are so many variables with fibro. And I hope that if I can communicate with others, I can learn more as well.
