I've always had trouble falling asleep with my fibro, my legs will hurt or my hands and it keeps me up. Recently I was diagnosed with acid reflux so I decided to purchase a special type of pillow that goes over your mattress shaped like a ramp so you can sleep without being entirely flat against the bed. It cost me 35 bucks and has a strange smell that took days to air out, but now I love it! I fall asleep almost instantly with it despite the pain. I don't know if it would help everyone with fibro, but if your struggling to sleep and have a little extra money it might not be a bad idea to try.
