Anybody else get the days where it feels like someone beat your entire body with a sack of potatoes?
How do you keep moving? I've got cleaning, laundry, and dinner to fix for the boys. While the oldest who has autism is in one of his defiant moods. And I have nobody here to help me. Their dad is 800 miles away until tomorrow night. And I just hurt everywhere.
Ok. Got the "poor me" out of my system I think. But seriously, what do ya'll do to help with the bruised feeling when you have to keep moving? I've taken some tylenol, but it hasn't helped much yet, and ibuprofen is out of the question for me.
I know the answer is probably a big "I don't know", but does anyone have suggestions for something I can do tonight? A website for good stretching or something?
