I came across this site a few moments ago when replying to a post about sleep. I thought so many of us might benefit that I didn't want it to get buried. Dartmouth College has a page with free downloads for progressive relaxation, deep breathing, meditation, and soothing music. The downloads are free and can be put on your computer and then probably transferred to an mp3 or ipod type player (I'm not very tech savvy). It's a college, so nothing is being promoted or sold. Disclaimer: Before you ever download anything from anywhere, make sure you have a working anti-virus program!
