Left Arm Shaking Uncontrollably When I Try To Lift Anything

It's been a very strange morning. I felt perfectly fine, but when I went to drink a glass of milk I noticed my left arm starting to shake uncontrollably. It didn't hurt at all. I was a bit dumbstruck so I kept doing it to see if it was really happening...and now it hurts lol

I think I may have just slept on it wrong, but if it keeps up I may go to the hospital I'm not really sure if it's serious or not. Has anyone had anything like this happen?

Yes, I have experiencing muscle spasms, like butterflies, in arm muscles from day one. I also get shaking and, thankfully only occasionally instead of weekly, my hand just drops it's grip!
I am sorry about your pain :(
My experience is what you already hinted at, don't keep using it while the muscles are spasming. My arms calm down based on time in use and how intensely used.

My arms do that sometimes. I went to a neurologist about it and he said it was benign tremors.

I think it's just muscle fatigue.
