"Do you body brush?" (interesting article)

I wonder if this is something that may help those of us with fibromyalgia (if gently done)?

(Sorry for the 'dead' link. I haven't been able to post a "live" one since our computer was updated. It would be easier to do a search on 'do you body brush kitchenstewardship.com').

Luvs, I took the link out for a couple of reasons. There were items for sale on it and the link came up extremely long on my computer and that made your post type really small. But I did do the search you suggested and it came up easily.

No, I don't body brush. It hurts me too much. Massage is my thing.. Thanks for sharing though because some members might really like this idea!

I use a scrubby in the shower. I find the slightly rougher texture with gentle strokes helps relieve Fibro fog in the morning. My physical therapist, advocates strokes towards the heart with the work he's doing to help balance my CRPS and relieve the Honeycomb stuff in my arms from Fibro. What the woman said in this article seems to support both of those things.
