Does anyone get a pain right next to the inner part of the shoulder blade?

Yes I do! I wasn't sure if anyone else had pains around their shoulder blades but when I get a flare up that's where it starts and hurts through to my lungs and I have a problem breathing when I'm in a flare. My rhuemy diagnosed me with fibro after I told him about where it started and how it went to other parts of my body. When it flares up that's where it starts then works it's way to other parts such as my hips, my legs and my arms. It's really uncomfortable and the pain is horrible but fibro is a pain in the butt as we all know too well! Hope you feel better soon!

I have the same. Ia m able to temper it a bit with myofascial release most tomes. Not perfect, bit it takes the edge off.

When your pain starts do you have like tingling around the area? I do. It seems to make my nerves on edge and I can't stand to be touched!

I get pain around the shoulder blades. I have scoliosis in that area. My craniosacral massage therapist is currently helping me with that.
