Though I've been diagnosed w/Fibro, my Naturopathic dr doesn't think it's that...thinks its more of an inflammation of the connective tissues.
But anyway, I've had shock like feeling in my left foot. Not pins/needles--an electric feeling in a prick-sized area. It's intense and scary.
I've had issues with that foot before--I have an extra bone in my heel and very low arches. I have custom supports in my shoes. I've had minor pin/needle feeling in that foot as well in the past. I used to have laser therapy and foot manipulation, but stopped doing that a few months ago.
Of those who've had the shocks, what has helped?
I'm on gabapentin for the "fibro" pain.
On some meds for anxiety (since 1991) and supplements.
Thanks
