AndreaM, so sorry that you're having a bad day. Yes, our days can be rough.
Make sure that you're the decision maker in how to help yourself. Years ago, I was giving my doctors too much power over me--believing just about
everything they were telling me until I helped my rheumatologist figure out that I am medication sensitive. She even said to me that most people with fibro are medication sensitive.
It really feels good when I go into a doctor's office with things I've done to help myself and give them advice so they might be able to help other fibro patients. I have even give them copies of articles from the internet. They seem to appreciate it.
This reminds me of when I first began seeing my rheumatologist in 2004, she didn't believe in vitamins. Now she encourages them. Times have changed.
So try not to count too much on your doctors and with their help be proactive in trying to help yourself naturally.
