Really pushed hard this week..did try to pace the workload out..
Threw a dinner party which was fun, but when hosting..we tend to go overboard...cleaning and shopping and cooking..
At least i worked it out so i was not too tired to enjoy it..
But wow today..i was under water..just had to rest today..legs felt like rubber
I did ride my recumbent bike for a little while, as it makes my legs feel stronger.but other than that... Rested!!!!
I can push, but my body pushes back!!! Hopefully tomorrow i will be more back to normal..
